Summary of Specifications:
City of Sarasota Public Works/Utilities will receive proposals from Fire Protection Contractors for the purpose of design and construction services to refurbish the existing Pyrochem Attendant II ATD 80SBC dry chemical fire suppression system serving the fuel island. The site is located at the City of Sarasota Maintenance Facility, 1761 12th Street, Sarasota, Florida 34236. The Fire Protection Contractor will act as the prime contractor and be responsible for administering the project including the hiring and supervision of subcontractors if required.
