The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information from the supplier community on the availability, capability, and functionality of grants management software solutions currently offered in the marketplace. The City of Sarasota, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “City”) is requesting information from legal entities who regularly and continuously engage in the business of developing, delivering and supporting grants and contract management software as specified in this Request for Information (RFI).
This RFI is solely for the purpose of gathering information and planning purposes and should not be construed as a solicitation, not an obligation on the part of the City of Sarasota to make any purchase. Further, this RFI should not be construed as a means to pre-qualify suppliers. Currently, the City of Sarasota is only requesting information in responses to this RFI. Do not submit any pricing information. Participation in this RFI is solely voluntary and non-participation will not preclude any qualified supplier from participating in any resulting solicitation for pricing.
