Summary of Specifications:
The work covered by these specifications includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials and performing all operations in connection with improvements to Ken Thompson Parkway to help alleviate existing flooding problems. The work includes the modification of the stormwater management system, sidewalk replacement, parking area, landscaping, irrigation, restoration, and all related work, in compliance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all operations and incidentals necessary to complete the work. All disturbed work areas in public rights-of-way, utility easements and on private property shall be restored in kind to a like or better condition in accordance with the contract documents
