RFP-15-34DB - Medicare Supplement Coordinator of Services

Summary of Specifications:
City of Sarasota Commissioners would like to make available to their Medicare eligible retirees, individual Medicare supplement plan offerings that would match as closely as possible to the current group plans that the City offers to its Medicare eligible retirees. Currently, eligible retirees have access to the self-insured active medical plan with prescription coverage. Attachment B provides an overview of the Health Plan and the coverage available, and premium costs of the Medical Plan with Prescription coverage. The City of Sarasota intends to add an individual Medicare supplement choice to the existing option for medical and prescription coverage for retirees that are Medicare eligible.
