Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sarasota hereby requests proposals for a Part-Time Owner’s Project Manager (Project Manager) to provide Construction Oversight Services for the construction of a Municipal Parking Garage on St. Armand’s Key. The Proposer shall provide documented proof of being a professional licensed Engineer; currently engaged in the practice of providing professional project management services for building construction and supervision; have a minimum of seven (7) years of professional supervisory experience in the construction and supervision of buildings of similar size and scope of complexity.
