Summary of Specifications:
The City is requesting Responses from qualified concessionaires/restaurateurs for the purpose of granting a “Licensee” the exclusive rights to operate and maintain the food, beverage and liquor operations at the Bobby Jones Golf Club. The Municipal Golf Club is comprised of two (2) 18 hole golf courses, and one (1) nine hole golf course; driving, pitching, putting, and chipping ranges, maintenance barn, cart storage facility, locker storage building and Clubhouse. A Non-Mandatory Pre-response Conference has been scheduled for the following time and location: 9:00 a.m. on April 27, 2015 at the Bobby Jones Golf Club, Conference Room, 1000 Circus Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34236
