Summary of Specifications:
The objective of this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is to select the one bank to serve the City by providing a bank loan financing for the City’s proposed current refunding of the Series 2005 Bonds. The Water and Sewer Refunding Bond, Series 2015 (the “Series 2015 Bond”) will be used to provide sufficient funds to currently refund the outstanding principal of the Series 2005 Bonds (maturities 2016-2025) for level annual savings.
