RFP-CDD-2024-0001 - BROOKSVILLE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER DAIS UPGRADES

The City of Brooksville is seeking bids from qualified contractors to upgrade City of Brooksville’s City Council Dais in the Council Chambers and also included the City Clerk’s corner desk.

 Note: contractor to provide/confirm all materials amounts and quantities.


Scope of Work

1. The work involves updating the City Council dais and the Clerks Corner desk including but not limited to the following:

1. Removing the existing carpet on the dais and Clerk Corner desk face
2. Removing the two existing florescent light systems
3. Removing plexiglass name panels and backing panels
4. Removing the dais and Clerk Corners desk cap
5. Removing extraneous surface plates on the dais
6. Removing certain electrical and data ports, wiring and hardware
7. Refacing the dais and Clerks Corner desk per the drawings
8. Revising the electrical system to add two surface outlets on the dais.
9. Installing wiring Trays for data and communication wiring to be done by the Owner
10. Installing all required improvements as shown on the contract drawings.
11. Lectern improvements
12. Installing name plate backets supplied by the Owner.
13. Safety railing removal and relocation
14. Protecting the existing carpeting to remain behind and in front of the dais.
