Scope of Service: The City of Delray Beach, Neighborhood & Community Services Clean and Safe Division, is seeking quote from qualified vendors to provide trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, and Return (T.N.V.R.) Services. Any individual, firm or company wishing to submit a quote (Bidder) must comply with the requirements contained in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ).
The City will hold a pre-bid meeting.
The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
The City will only accept electronic submittals for this Invitation To Quote (ITQ). ITQ's will be accepted through a secure mailbox at BidNet Direct (www.bidnetdirect.com/cityofdelraybeach) until the Due Date and Time indicated in this ITQ. Bidnet Direct does not accept electronic bids after the Due Date and Time. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure its electronic ITQ submission is complete prior to the solicitation Due Date and Time. Electronic submission of bids will require the uploading of forms and/or attachments as designated in this ITQ.
