INVITATION TO BID - ITB NO.: 2025-028 GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR MINOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
The City of Delray Beach is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to provide General Contractor Services for minor construction projects, to include small to medium renovation and remodeling, on an as-needed basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid.
Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Bidnet Direct by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Bidnet Direct..
Licensing Requirements: The Vendor must possess Florida State General Contractor’s license or current certificate of competency issued by Palm Beach County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Refer to Qualification of Bidders for additional information.
The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
The City reserves the right to make separate award(s) to one or more Vendors.
The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
Bids will be accepted through a secure mailbox at BidNet Direct www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofdelraybeach until the Deadline for Submission as indicated in this ITBC. Late Bids will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic bids for this ITBC.

Per Section 9.18b: General Terms and Conditions, Notice of Intent to Award shall be posted in Bidnet Direct.
