2021-22-4100-36-006 - Pre-Employment Medical, Occupational Health, and other Related Medical Services

The City of Hialeah, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), is soliciting Proposals to 
secure Pre-Employment Medical, Occupational Health, and other Related Medical Services from a qualified, experienced, and licensed firm (“Proposer”) specializing in the area of pre-employment medical, and other related medical services. At a glance, the awarded firm (“Successful Proposer”) will be required to provide the City with pre-employment physical examination, annual physical examination, drug testing, fitness for duty examinations, return to work physical examination diagnosis of work-related injuries (worker’s compensation) and other contractual obligations (“Services”).
