The Successful Proposer shall provide design and permitting (Federal, State, and Local Agencies) to develop an enhanced park facility with various amenities to promote community recreation, wellness, and outdoor activities, including, but not limited to, complete planning and design services, programming, surveying, geotechnical, feasibility studies, options, evaluation, public meeting, irrigation, lighting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, parking analysis, detailed facility assessments, cost estimates, opinion of probable construction cost, permitting, preparation of bid and construction documents, review of work prepared by sub-consultants and other consultants, field investigations and observations, environmental assessments (Phase I), construction contract administration, as-built documentation, and other related architecture and engineering services for the Project.

- All uploads shall be in excel or pdf file format, no other file formats will be accepted by the City of Miami.
- Attachment files shall be no more than 500mb in size each, should there be a need for a larger size file to be uploaded split in multiple files.
