Since 2022, the City has had an agreement for the purchase or leasing of motorcycles that is set to expire on May 26, 2025. The estimated budget for the leasing of the goods and services is $130,000 annually.
In order to replace this current contract, the city is seeking bids from qualified vendor, by means of sealed bids to lease to the City of Miami Beach, Florida (“City”) approximately eighteen (18) most recent model year Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Police Motorcycles (FLHTP), in accordance with the requirements, specifications and terms set forth herein and more specifically in Appendix A.

Quantities may be increased or decreased at the City’s discretion
