RFP-103304 - Computer and Peripheral Repair Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Escambia County School District (the “District”) is requesting proposals to provide warranty service, computer and peripheral repair services based on a Time & Material (T&M) Agreement for five (5) years commencing August 1, 2010 (subject, however, to availability of lawfully appropriated funds for each District fiscal year and School Board approval). The agreement may, with School Board approval, thereafter be renewed for five more additional one year periods, unless the District provides notice (in the District’s sole discretion) to not renew the Agreement. Note: the District’s written notice of non-renewal shall be delivered not less than ninety (90) days prior to the Agreement anniversary date. Section IV (Scope of Work) will address equipment covered under this agreement.
