Summary of Specifications:
The Escambia County School District (the District) is soliciting proposals for a three-year agreement for a dispensing system for foaming hand soap for buildings throughout the entire District. The initial installation of all dispensers shall be completed within 90 days of contract award. Subsequent purchases of foaming hand soap shall be on an “as needed” basis. The initial term will be effective from March 18, 2010 through March 17, 2011 and renewed annually upon mutual consent and approval by the Escambia County School Board. **Samples for alternate products are due by Friday, February 5th.**
