Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to develop a list of approved branded fast food vendors and specific products in various categories to be distributed to secondary cafeteria managers. Within each category, e.g., pizza, chicken sandwiches/wraps, managers may change vendors within a two-week time frame. Products will be evaluated and vendor products will be deemed acceptable or unacceptable in taste test. Testing dates will be February 8, 9, and 10th.
