Summary of Specifications:

This solicitation covers the specific processing required to turn donated USDA food commodities into the products listed. The processed products are needed for the period beginning August 1, 2015 and ending July 31, 2016.

If offering a brand and/or product OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED, SAMPLES ARE REQUIRED. Bidding products that are not listed as approved without submitting samples will result in your bid not being accepted. See RFP for details. All items, and all pages of all items, listed in Special Conditions, Section III, B must be returned with your proposal.
