Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a cost plus fixed fee per carton/case annual contract for the direct delivery of fresh produce to Escambia County School District Cafeterias. Pricing periods are established in this document and while cost for the fresh produce may vary from price period to price period, the fixed fee is to remain the same. “Cost” is defined as the vendor’s actual cost (less rebates, discounts and allowances) for the produce delivered to their warehouse, including freight. 

Upon acceptance of your bid by the Escambia County School District, this document becomes the contract for these services. You must return the entire bid package. The “bid package” is defined as this entire document, which consists of pages 1 - 34. As such the entire document (pages 1 - 34) must be returned by the bid closing date, along with any and all documents, samples and materials required in the bid pages.
