RFP-153303 - Travel Agency Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Escambia County School District (the District) is soliciting proposals for a five (5) year agreement for travel agency services as needed for District employees. The initial term shall begin upon School Board approval on July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 with four (4) one-year renewal periods. Either party can cancel the contract without reason at the end of each contract year. Cancellation must be in writing and received 90 calendar days prior to the end of each contract year. Silence from both parties will be considered as acceptance for another contract year at the same terms and conditions. All pricing/rate schedules proposed herein shall be firm through the first year of the contract. For successive renewal year(s), adjustments to pricing will be negotiable and must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation to the Purchasing Department by April 1 of every year to become effective, if approved, on the anniversary date of the contract July 1.
