25-02 - Campus Wide Moving Services

Florida SouthWestern State College (hereinafter “College”) seeks to establish an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract to be used as the primary source for Campus Moving Services. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract with two or more Suppliers authorized and qualified to provide office, library, lab and classroom moving services as well as storage for the College’s three campuses and the Hendry/Glades Center. The campus moving services solicited herein will supplement the current services provided by the College’s Department of Facilities Planning and Management.
The Bidder must show proof of a staffed office with available personnel located within the five county service area of the College and will be expected to provide all vehicles, equipment, supplies, labor, supervision, specialized equipment or materials necessary for moving services at the various College sites on an as needed basis.
