Summary of Specifications:
Full Service Primary Care Clinic- The County seeks a company to offer medical services to employees and dependents to include, but not be limited to, primary care, health risk assessments, acute and urgent care, immunizations, injections, new hire physicals for regular employees and firefighters, firefighter annual physicals, exams and screenings (including random and required drug testing), prescriptions, pharmaceutical dispensing, disease management, and primary care case management in a facility provided by the County. In addition to on-site healthcare, the County desires the on-site medical services provider to administer health risk assessments to identify high risk individuals. The provider will work with the County’s existing wellness program to provide educational, intervention and incentive programs. The company must comply with all guidelines and regulations set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Ave (CLIA). The County would like staffing to include a medical doctor and necessary support staff for the employee and dependent population.
