Summary of Specifications:
Vendor/Contractor to provide equipment (hardware and software) The Bidder shall provide equipment to be mounted in a landfill compactor and bulldozer with the ability to be removed and operated in other wire harness equipped machines, to include: *A mobile GPS receiver; *Rugged touch-screen panel computer for mobile use; *Software package capable of analyzing GPS data to show density; achieved, wheel patterns traveled, elevation, and northing/easting relative to the landfill construction plan contained in system memory; *A cellular based modem capable of transferring machine data in real time; *A GPS antenna; *A data transfer antenna.
