ITB-TB-13-C048/TKB - Cofer Road Paving

Summary of Specifications:
The Vendor/Contractor will supply all materials, labor, and equipment in order to accomplish the Cofer Rd. Paving project, as described in the specifications and construction plans showing the proposed improvements in Hernando County, Florida. Construction consists of additional limerock material and reworking the base, after compaction, repaving road with 20’ wide 1 ½” SP 12.5 asphalt, driveway apron connection, sodding, and striping. It will be the Vendor/Contractor’s responsibility to provide Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan at the pre-construction meeting. Sodding, including watering of the road shoulders and swales is required on all disturbed areas or as directed by County. The Vendor/Contractor shall accomplish the work in a manner providing for the safety of their equipment, workers, and the general public.
