Summary of Specifications:
he Vendor/Contractor will supply all materials, labor, and equipment in order to accomplish the Flicker Rd paving project, as described in the specifications and construction plans showing the proposed improvements in Hernando County, Florida. Construction consists of re-establishing limerock base, asphalt overlay, driveway apron (tie-ins), culvert replacement, MES installations, shoulder grading, and sodding swales to Right-of-Way. Temporary pavement markings shall be placed with new asphalt. Final thermoplastic markings shall be installed on cured asphalt after county approval. It will be the Vendor/Contractor’s responsibility to provide Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan at the pre-construction meeting. Sodding, including watering of the road shoulders and swales is required on all disturbed areas or as directed by County. The Vendor/Contractor shall accomplish the work in a manner providing for the safety of their equipment, workers, and the general public.
