ITB-TB-14-C00060/TKB - Jasmine Dr. - Mondon Hill Rd. Resurfacing Project

Summary of Specifications:
The project calls for the resurfacing of two roads, Jasmine Drive, an existing asphalt roadway from SR 50 (Cortez Blvd.) north 2283 feet and adjoining the existing recently paved surface. The second is Mondon Hill Road, an existing asphalt roadway from US 41 to the new pavement at the intersection of McIntyre Road. The asphalt roadways shall be milled to an average depth of two inches and shall be repaved in two lifts of asphalt per plans and specifications. Temporary pavement markings shall be installed after each layer of asphalt is installed and be followed with thermoplastic markings on cured asphalt after county approval. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to provide a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan and a chart depicting the project schedule at the pre-construction meeting.
