Summary of Specifications:
The Vendor/Contractor will supply all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation required to perform the services, at the locations and within the limits specified. Scope of work consists of all areas as specified in the bid documents, subject to additions, deletions or changes in mowing locations or intervals during the term of the contract. Vegetation in all areas consists of various types of grasses and weeds. The work to be performed in this Contract will be performed at the River Country Estates Subdivision, The Oaks Subdivision, Regency Oaks Subdivision, Berkeley Manor Subdivision, and Orchard Park III Subdivision, in Hernando County, Florida
