his project consists of an expansion of a landfill gas collection system, stormwater system improvements, and partial closure of a Class I landfill Brooksville, Florida. The Hernando County Solid Waste Division is required to close these garbage cells according to Federal and State regulations. The County has received Closure and Environmental Resource Permits through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. These permits are attached and incorporated into the Contract Documents.
