Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of painting, installation of suspended ceiling systems, ceiling diffusers, light fixtures, public address speaker, rigid foam insulation, aluminum storefront door and frame, mineral wool insulation, batt insulation, and smoke detectors, removal and installation of window blinds, steel ceiling framing, wiring, masonry sealer, MC cable for ceiling fans, caulking, stucco, laminated counters, plastic wall armor, metal sub-fascia, galvanized metal fascia, gutters, and downspouts, and metal soffit, cleaning of metal roofing panels, building interior, and inspection and repair of floor receptacles.
