RFP-FA-111022 - Request for proposal Forensic Audit

The Holley Navarre Water System, Inc. ("HNWS"), seeks a qualified accounting firm to complete a forensic audit of internal controls.

Preference will be given to those submittals demonstrating extensive experience in forensic audits. The successful applicant(s) shall possess sufficient resources to ensure that the demands for the Utilities’ auditing needs will be met on a timely basis.

The identified scope of work to include a forensic audit associated with January 1, 2022, through June 30, 2022 focused on application of board established policies by the CEO; as well as, any other related concerns that would create inaccurate financial reporting to The Board of HNWS. The forensic audit would include a general internal control overview and staff interviews to ensure no significant risk exposures exist.
