Description

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking proposals from responsible, qualified, and experienced professionals to provide architectural drawings as outlined in the attached scope and specifications. Work is to be completed at our Friendship Building located at 802 Turner St. Clearwater, FL 33756.

A pre-bid meeting (walkthrough) will be held on Tuesday January 26th, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST meeting at the site location. All bidders interested in responding to this RFP must have at least one representative of their organization in attendance. Bidders must attend in order to participate in this RFP process. In order to participate in the pre-bid meeting, bidders must register by noon on January 25th, 2022 by emailing Dakota Wilkinson at Dakota.wilkinson@lsfnet.org . Bidders failing to register for, or attend, the pre-bid meeting may not be allowed to participate further in the RFP process.
