RFP-2024-WP-22 - Prequalification of Multi-Media, Audio Visual Equipment, Maintenance and Support

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to prequalify multi-media and audiovisual suppliers that are ready, able, and qualified to provide the College with products, goods and services are needed by the College. Services will also include delivery and installation, and any maintenance, repairs, and support services, as required.

It is the goal of the College, that through this RFP prequalification selection process, the College may select one or several products and service providers. The RFP screening process will allow the College to generate a pool of able and ready suppliers, installers that will provide the College with the necessary multi-media and audiovisual products, goods and services that will be needed by the College,

It is important to note that this RFP prequalification process in essence does not guarantee any selected prequalified proposer to any specific award of services under this RFP by the College but will only serve as a tool for departments at the College to select prequalified proposers that are able, qualified, and ready to provide the products, goods and services requested under this RFP solicitation.
