Description

The Miami Parking Authority is issuing this Request for Proposals for qualified contractors to provide Grounds Maintenance Services at municipal facilities including operated sports venues.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Miami Parking Authority headquarters on Monday, February 10, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am. Requirements will be explained at that time. Following the Pre-Bid Conference, Mandatory Site Visits will commence for the Parking Garages, followed by Surface Parking Lots. The Mandatory Site Visits for the Marlins Baseball Facilities will commence at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 11th at the Home Plate Garage. The Mandatory Site Visits for the Jackson Memorial Hospital Facilities will commence at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 18th at Parking Lot 4. Addresses and additional information are in the RFP. All Prospective Vendors must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and all Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visits and sign in.
