Summary of Specifications:
Okaloosa County Public Schools District is a governmental employer located in Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County, State of Florida. It invites proposals from qualified, licensed firms to provide services related to plan design, implementation, and administration of a Qualified Defined Contribution Program to be used to deposit accumulated sick and/or vacation leave, terminal retirement pay, or other incentive payments on behalf of all eligible employees. The program must be designed to offer tax advantages for both the District and participants. This program would be mandatory for all eligible employees.
