Summary of Specifications:
The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting bid proposals for Contractor Services to provide all labor, material, equipment and supplies required to repair structural damages to a portion of the upper seating section on the Visitor stands and portions of the Home bleacher section, at the Choctawhatchee High School Football Stadium. Choctawhatchee High School is located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The football stadium was designed and constructed in 1966. The construction consists of 12” concrete masonry walls with an inclined concrete cap and beams supporting precast double tee sections. Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements needed to complete this project. Cleanup of work area shall be conducted by the Contractor. Engineered Drawings (Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. – SCG PROJECT: 2017-107) that include Repair Details with the Repair Procedure Summary is provided in this bid. OCSD CHS Bleacher Evaluation of the Visitor and Home bleacher/stand damages is provided as an(Attachment). Contractor shall adhere to the conditions, special conditions and requirements stated herein and with the specifications, notes and repair procedures provided in the Engineered documents and the Attachment, which are all a part of this contract.
