ITB-17-08 - Facade Repair Services due to Storm Damage

Summary of Specifications:
The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting bid proposals for Contractor Services to provide all labor, material, equipment and supplies required for structural strengthening and repair of Facades due to storm related damages. The Facades involved in this project are located on the North and South end of the Central Operations Complex Building located in Niceville, Florida. Contractors must satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of work areas and requirements of specifications for extent and quality of work to be performed. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful Contractor of their obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract. Cleanup of work area shall be conducted by the Contractor continuously each day of contract for safety of building occupants. Contractors are responsible for all measurements
