Summary of Specifications:
The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting Quote proposals that include all labor, material, equipment, delivery, and replacement costs necessary to repair the rear entrance freezer door at Central Nutrition Center located in Niceville, Florida. Repairs include removing the existing door, repairing the threshold and installing a new door. The Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements needed to complete this project. Contractor shall adhere to all conditions, requirements and specifications within the quote and with the requirements and specifications as stated in the attached drawing on page 25. The bidder shall be qualified and insured to conduct the work as a Certified or Registered Mechanical Contractor; or a Certified or Registered General or Building Contractor who then subcontracts with a Certified or Registered Mechanical Contractor. Any questions related to these requirements will need to be addressed prior to the question deadline for this bid as stated below. All electrical work will be the responsibility of the School Board.
