Summary of Specifications:
The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting Quote proposals for Contractor services to provide all labor, material and equipment required to refinish the gymnasium floor at Destin Middle School located in Destin, Florida. The Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements needed to complete this project. Contractors must satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of work areas and requirements of specifications for extent and quality of work to be performed. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful Contractor of their obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract. Cleanup of work area shall be conducted by the Contractor. Where not more specifically described in any of the various sections of these specifications, workmanship shall conform to all the methods and operations of best standards and accepted practices of the trade or trades involved, and shall include all items regularly furnished or required for completion of services. Personnel skilled in their respective trade shall execute all work. Contractor shall adhere to all conditions, requirements and specifications within the Quote. Upon award contractor shall coordinate the work schedule with the Principal, or Principal’s designee, at the school. Work shall not commence prior to Saturday June 24, 2017 and must be completed no later than Sunday July 30, 2017.
