Summary of Specifications:
The purpose and intent of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish a 3-year contract between the Okaloosa County School Board and a supplier for Magazines Subscriptions throughout the District on an as needed basis. The annual requirement for magazine subscriptions District wide is estimated at $17,000.00 per school year. Actual orders for magazines will be made at various dates during the fiscal year. These figures are submitted as an annual estimate, and should not be interpreted as a guarantee as to the level of purchases. Purchases are dependent on funding.
