Summary of Specifications:
The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract between a qualified Contractor and the School Board of Okaloosa County for Contractor Services, to provide all labor, material, and equipment required to renovate finishes to the Okaloosa Stemm Academy Multipurpose room located in Valparaiso, Florida by giving portions of the room an industrial feeling representing the inside of an aircraft hangar. The Pre-Bid Conference and site visit is Mandatory - see ITB 15-08 for details.
