BIDS SHALL BE FOR THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ROOF REPAIR WORK: GRANULE SURFACED MODIFIED; SINGLE PLY; METAL. THIS WORK MAY ALSO CONSIST OF WOOD, TILE, FIBERGLASS, RUBBER, INSULATION, AND METAL REPLACEMENT AND/OR REPAIR. ALL REPAIR WORK AND MATERIALS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE OF FLORIDA BUILDING CODES, MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS, AND ACCEPTED ROOFING PRACTICES. ALL REPAIR WORK SHALL BE PERMANENT.
