ITB-13-B08 - Services to Inventory Capitalized Property

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish an annual contract for Services to Inventory Capitalized Property for the School Board of Okaloosa County, Florida, in accordance with School Board Policy 2-15, Section 274.02 F.S. and Department of Financial Services Administrative Rules 69I-73.001 – 69I-73.006. 

The Okaloosa County School Board has approximately 9,152 property items to be inventoried. Attachment 1 lists the locations and number of items at each site as of March 31, 2013. Interested bidders are to submit a bid price for the annual physical inventory of these items from December through May of each year, including an action plan as to how the inventory will be performed. Bidders are also required to submit an hourly rate for services to inventory a District site whenever there is a change of custodian or change of custodian’s delegate.
