Summary of Specifications:
The purpose and intent of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish a firm fixed price contract with a qualified Contractor for the demolition of the poles and fixtures on the baseball field located at Laurel Hill School in Laurel Hill, Florida. This bid also includes the erection of a lighting system furnished by Musco Lighting in accordance with the assembly instructions stated in the bid documents. This bid includes the entire assembly of the lighting system. The wiring to each pole from the electric service shall be the responsibility of others. Project plan drawings, specifications and related project documents are included on pages 17 - 75 of this RFB. All Musco Lighting equipment will be ordered directly from Musco by the District. It is anticipated that the lighting equipment will be received in early November. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision required to complete this project. The contractor shall adhere to all requirements and specifications as stated in the plans, specifications, and drawings for this project and in accordance with the Florida Building Code. The contractor shall coordinate project implementation with the School Board Facilities Department.
