Summary of Specifications:
Walk-in Cooler/Freezer provided under this portion of the specification shall be prefabricated, of the modular design and construction. They shall be designed to allow convenient and accurate field assembly and future enlargement by addition of panels. Walk-in shall be shipped totally assembled and set in place over existing structure by Vendor furnished crane. All components are to be UL listed along with the finished unit as a whole shall have a UL listing. Any and all substitutions of equipment and material shall be submitted in writing for approval 10 working days prior to bid deadline. Written specifications and all applicable diagrams shall be part of the written request.
