Summary of Specifications:
Work associated with this contract includes engineering design and right-of-way acquisition activities (topographical survey, roadway design, right-of-way assessment and right-of-way acquisition assistance) necessary to develop the construction plans for the expansion of PJ Adams Parkway to four lanes in Okaloosa County (near Crestview, FL. The project limits are from SR 85 (Eglin Parkway) west to Interstate 10 (SR-8). The approximate length of the project is 2.35 miles. All work to be performed shall be in accordance with the TRIP Agreement between the Florida Department of Transportation and Okaloosa County, FPID Numbers: 421997-33801, 421997-34801, 421997-43801, 421997-44801, 421997-53801 and 421997-63801. All design plans are subject to be submitted to FDOT for review and approval.
