Summary of Specifications:
Contractor will supply approx 20,000 tons of cold mix open graded asphalt base material produced by a Mobile Cold Recycling Mixing Plant. The Mobile Cold Recycling Mixing Plant operations shall be at the County's Baker Clay Pit site located off State Road 4 in Baker, FL. The contractor will provide the Mobile Cold Recycling Mixing Plant, labor (operator) and materials (equipment & emulsion). The County will supply the aggregate, front-end loaders and trucks.
