RFP-40-11 - Fuels Mgmt & Operations Serv NW FL Regional Airport

Summary of Specifications:
This RFQ is being issued by the County to retain a firm to provide fuels management and operations services at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport ("Airport"). The successful proposer will be required to manage, operate and maintain both the aviation fuel ("Jet Fuel") and automotive and diesel fuel ("Ground Fuel") facilities owned by the County at the Airport. In addition, the successful proposer-operator will be required to provide, operate and maintain fuel tenders and other equipment and to provide the manpower necessary to provide into-plane fueling service to authorized air carriers using the Airport. 

The County will make available the Premises and Facilities described in Section II of this RFQ to the successful operator for said purposes. The successful proposer-operator will provide the requested fuel tenders and other fueling equipment necessary to provide into-plane fueling service to authorized airline users. 

The scope of services to be provided by the successful proposer-operator will include but not be limited to the Scope of Services identified in Section III of this RFQ. A final detailed Scope of Service shall be negotiated by the parties and be included as Attachment B to the "Fuels Management and Operations Services Contract" ("Contract") by and between County and the successful proposer-operator. 

Compensation to the successful proposer-operator will be the negotiated payment structure proposed and/or negotiated as provided in accordance with the Payment/Compensation section of this RFQ.
