Summary of Specifications:
There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid conference at the Okaloosa County Water & Sewer Administrative Building, 1804 Lewis Turner Blvd, 3rd Floor Board Meeting Room in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, at 10:00 A.M. (CST), June 1, 2011, to review the bid conditions and answer any questions.
Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners desire to purchase furniture for the above building. Delivery will take place between the 12th & 28th of September 2011.
All furniture will be priced to include on site delivery, uncrating, assembly and placement in the pre-assigned rooms. A copy of rooms and where furniture is to be set up is attached.
Bidders must include acknowledgement that they can meet the delivery date. Failure to do so may result in rejection of your bid as non responsive. The successful bidder will be responsible for hauling off all boxes, crates, and trash generated from the delivery each day.
This is not an all or none bid. The County reserves the right to award based on individual unit pricing or by room. All bidders must submit warranty information on all items.
We will accept bids on an “Owner Approved Equivalent”, but reserve sole right to determine acceptability.
If items will be delivered by a manufacturer, bidder must supply the manufacture’s written lead time for production and delivery to Okaloosa County.
