Summary of Specifications:
Scope of work: Work to be performed for this project will include:
1. Interior renovation of an existing 3,173 square feet of office space, visitor center, 4 restrooms, corridors, vestibules, electrical and closet space.
2. Remove/dispose lay-in ceiling and grid system. Install 2x2 lay-in ceiling tile (Armstrong Ultima Beveled Tegular White) and grid system to match east meeting room renovation.
3. Remove/dispose existing lighting fixtures. Install new Philips LED (Philips Day-Brite Catalog No. 2TG54L835-4- FS-02F-UNV-DIM) lighting fixtures and arrays (match east meeting room renovation fixtures and bulb types).
4. Remove/dispose existing batt insulation above ceiling. Install new batt insulation above ceiling.
5. Remove any abandoned HVAC ducts, reattach any HVAC ducts and vent restroom exhaust fans externally, as needed
6. Install new VCT floor tile (Azrock VCT V-214 Ashes) in 177 sq. ft. Work Room #307 (match east kitchen floor tile renovation).
7. Resurface or replace restroom countertops, stall dividers and visitor center desktop and countertop.
Term of Contract: Final completion not to exceed 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
