RFP-BCC 48-17 - Leasehold Conversion Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Respondent shall be licensed and insured and will be responsible for providing Leasehold Conversion Services, which shall include the following: 

1. Process applications for quit claim deeds from Okaloosa Island and Holiday Isle Leaseholders (“Applicants”); 

2. Confirm that Applicants are current on property taxes assessed, any fees or assessments that might be due during the last five (5) years; 

3. Perform title searches to confirm record title; 

4. Prepare legal notices of bids; 

5. Coordinate with the County in the review of bids; 

6. Prepare quit claim deeds; and 

7. Complete the closing of the conveyance transaction to the successful bidder.
