Summary of Specifications:
On May 26, 2005 the Okaloosa Gas District issued $16,120,000 in Gas System Revenue Bonds. Bonds maturing on or after October 1, 2015 totaling $12,970,000 are subject to redemption in whole at the option of the District on October 1, 2014. The District is seeking a financial advisor to assist in developing and implementing strategies to advance refund these bonds to maximize interest savings.
